Chapter President: Lauren Priest

Lauren is from Prior Lake, Minnesota. She enjoys exercising, reading, hanging out with friends and family, and watching Criminal Minds. Lauren’s major is Management with a minor in Accounting. Lauren is a natural leader and we are so lucky to have her as our president. Lauren explained, “Pi Phi is an organization I feel so passionate about. I feel like I can be myself and people accept me for that. My sisters are always there for me and are so encouraging for me to be the best person I can be. I don’t know who I would be without them.”

VP of Administration: Bailey Mitchell

Bailey is from Glenwood, Iowa. In her free time, she enjoys going to hot yoga, hanging with friends, and watching The Bachelor. Bailey is majoring in Finance. She is admired for her positivity and selflessness. Bailey explained, ”I’ve gotten so much out of Pi Phi and wanted to give back by being on exec as VP of Administration. I’ve made so many friends through this sorority and wanted to help lead this organization to help others do the same.”

VP of Membership Development: Kyla Curtis

Kyla is from Eldridge, Iowa. She’s involved in The Special Olympics organization, Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, and is a Junior Achievement volunteer. Kyla’s major is Elementary Education with endorsements in reading, language arts, and special education. She is admired for her constant kindness towards everyone. She expressed, “I joined exec because I wanted to become more involved in the chapter that has given me so much. I’ve gained so many opportunities since joining Pi Phi and also met my best friends who I’ll have for the rest of my life. I want to continue to make this chapter successful, so that for the next 100+ years women will have the opportunity to experience Pi Phi to find their sisters and love it just as much as I do.”

VP of Membership: Kaylyn Brothers

Kaylyn is from Naperville, Illinois. She enjoys volunteering in the local elementary schools with English language learners. Kaylyn’s major is Elementary Education. She is admired for her organization skills and optimism. She explained, “I wanted to be the Vice President of Membership because of how passionate I am for Pi Phi. The experience I have had thus far is something I hope every member gets to experience and I want to help facilitate a positive Pi Phi experience for everyone.”


VP of Finance: Morgan Claypool

Morgan is from St. Louis, Missouri. In her free time, she enjoys watching Netflix, hanging with friends and family, and studying at the Pi Phi house. Morgan’s major is Finance. She is admired for her intelligence and her leadership skills. She expressed, “I wanted to be on exec in order to further my experience in the finance world. I also saw it as a great opportunity to get more involved in this sorority!”


New Member Coordinator: Ashley Schroder

Ashley is from Batavia, Illinois. In her free time she enjoys dancing, eating ice cream, and hanging with her friends. Ashley is majoring in Speech and Hearing Sciences with a Disability Studies Certificate. She is admired for her selflessness and positive attitude. Ashley explained, “I wanted this position to give the new members a great experience and show them what Pi Phi is all about.”


VP of Communications: Bailey Hanna

Bailey is from Bettendorf, Iowa. In her free time, she likes to go to hot yoga, hang out with friends, and watch Criminal Minds with her roommates. Bailey is majoring in Business and minoring in American Sign Language. She is admired for her organizational skills. She expressed, “I wanted to be on exec because I wanted to get more involved in this awesome organization. I have met my best friends through Pi Phi and wanted to give back by being on exec!”


VP of Philanthropy: Emily Hatch

Emily Hatch is from Bettendorf, Iowa. In her free time, she enjoys hanging with friends and watching The Office. Emily’s major is Therapeutic Recreation/ Pre-Occupational Therapy with a minor in Aging Studies. She is admired for her optimism and humor. Emily explained, “I wanted to join exec because I’ve always been interested in giving back and this was a great opportunity for me! I also really enjoy the philanthropy aspect of things and wanted to get involved.”


PSB Chairman: Rachel Swanson

Rachel is from Johnston, Iowa. Her hobbies include hanging out with friends and watching the show Friends on Netflix. Rachel is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Mass Communications and Media. She is admired for her kindness and willingness to always help. Rachel expressed, “I wanted a position on exec because I wanted to get more involved with Pi Phi and help people when they’re in a tough spot, which I do with PSB. I want the overall best for Pi Phi and to be part of a team working to make it stronger and taking steps towards improvement.”


VP of Fraternity Development: Madalyn Schilling

Madalyn is from Eagan, Minnesota. Her hobbies include shopping, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends. Madalyn is majoring in Nursing. She is admired for her humor and work ethic. Madalyn expressed, “I love being in Pi Phi because I am constantly surrounded by my best friends who I know I can always count on to be there for me!”


VP of Housing: Abby Weisensee

Abby is from Roselle, Illinois. She volunteers in the physical therapy department at the hospital and loves being involved with Dance Marathon and the Pre-PT Club on campus. Abby is majoring in Health and Human Physiology with a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management. She is admired for her organizational skills and intelligence. Abby explained, “I have come to love Pi Phi and really loved getting more involved while serving on the previous exec board, so being able to take on a new position has allowed me to learn so much more about our chapter and made my experience in Pi Phi that much more enjoyable.”
