Chapter Leadership

Chapter President: Ella David

Ella is from Collierville, Tennessee. Her major is Elementary Education, and she volunteers at her local elementary school as an assistant preschool teacher. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, traveling, being outside, and spending time with friends and family. Ella is excited about this opportunity and looks forward to working with the rest of the leadership. She is admired for her motivated, selfless, and compassionate personality.

 

Panhellenic Delegate: Rachel Gadja

Rachel is from Lindenhurst, Illinois. She is majoring in exercise science on the Physical Therapy track. She is currently working at UIHC as a student lab technician, but in her free time, she loves to work out, boat, go thrifting, and hike. Rachel applied for this position because she really wanted to get more involved in Pi Phi and take on a leadership position to learn more about the Panhellenic Side as well. The person she looks up to most would be her dad. He pushes her to strive for the unknown because you never know where it will take you and to never lose hope in your goals.

VP Operations: Ella Schrader

Ella is from Minnesota. She is majoring in marketing with a mass communication minor. In her free time, she enjoys hanging with friends and family and being outside. She is also involved in Delta Sigma Pi fraternity and Women in Business. A fun fact is that Ella is a triplet! She is admired for her sociable and outgoing personality. She applied for this position because she loves Pi Phi and being able to help! Her role models are her parents because they showcase how to be a good person and exemplify all the traits she would like to have.

Director Leadership: Maddy Finn

Maddy is from Vernon Hills, Illinois. Her major is Human Physiology. On-campus, Maddy is involved in the pre-Physician Assistant club, volunteers at UIHC, and a nursing technician at Mercy Hospital. A fun fact is that she’s related to Steven Spielberg!

VP Risk Management: Neah Howlett


Neah is from Davenport, IA. She is majoring in Business Analytics + Information Systems and Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, baking, reading, and watching movies. Neah is also involved with BSAO, DEI Ambassador for Tippie, Women in Business, AKPSI business fraternity, and Box of Balloons. She is admired for her outgoing, driven, and spontaneous personality. Neah wanted a leadership position within the chapter, specifically VPRM, because she cares about her sister's safety. Her biggest role models are her parents because they are hardworking and intelligent. 

Director of Social Events: Darby Cron

Darby is from Tustin, California. Her major is marketing. She volunteers to help underprivileged kids pick out clothes, backpacks, and shoes for school. A fun fact about her is that she danced on “World of Dance” with her dance studio in high school. Darby is admired for her loyalty. She applied for this job because she hopes to have a career in event planning, and this is a great opportunity for experience.

Director of Member Conduct: Allie Dries


Allie is from Peoria, Illinois. Her major is Nursing, and she enjoys traveling and being with her friends. She volunteers at the university hospital in her free time. Allie is admired for her enthusiastic and outgoing personality as well as her organizational skills.

Director of Policy and Prevention: Stephanie Martin

Stephanie is from Naperville, Illinois. Her major is Marketing, and in her free time she enjoys working out. She is admired for her outgoing personality and ability to make others around her feel comfortable. Stephanie applied for this leadership position because she wanted to have the opportunity to have a positive impact on Pi Phi and to get more involved.

VP Member Experience: Kila Haney


Kila is from West Des Moines, Iowa. Her major is Speech and Hearing Science with a minor in American Sign Language. Kila has been a part of Dance Marathon at the University of Iowa for the past two years and served on the Campus Relations Committee this past year. During the summer, Kila works for the YMCA Camp of Greater Des Moines as a summer camp counselor. She applied for the position of Vice President of experience because it is important to her that building a strong, and sincere sisterhood is an integral part of the Pi Beta Phi experience. With the help of directors, she plans to create a community that all members feel included and fulfilled in their time in this organization. Kila is admired for her passionate, caring, and hardworking personality.

Director New Member Experience: Riley Weinstein
Riley is from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her major is in Pre-Nursing. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, and hanging out with friends. She also participates in Dance Marathon. A fun fact about Riley is that she has climbed 15 fourteen-thousand-foot mountains in Colorado. She is admired for her enthusiasm, kindness, and compassion. Riley applied for this position because she wanted the chance to get to know all the new members to help them thrive as lifelong members and show them how amazing the Iowa Zeta chapter is.

Director Lifelong Membership: Olivia Seastrand


Olivia is from Los Angeles, California. She is majoring in Finance. She is also involved in Phi Gamma Nu and Women in Business. In her free time, she enjoys photography and hanging with friends. Olivia applied for this position to be more involved in Pi Beta Phi!

Director Academics: Emily Melvin
Emily is from Ankeny, Iowa. Her major is Human Physiology. In her free time, she enjoys baking, working out, and watching TV. A fun fact is that she has never broken a bone. She is admired for her optimism and organizational skills. She applied for Director of Academics because she wants to help women of Pi Beta Phi achieve their academic goals and motivate each individual throughout their unique college experience. Her role models include Selena Gomez and Blake Lively.

Director Fraternal Heritage: Nicolette Woo


Nicolette is from Wheaton, Illinois. Her major is in Speech and Hearing Science, and she is involved in NSSLHA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. A fun fact about Nicolette is that she has a Chow Chow named Rocky. She is admired for her ambitious, caring, and outgoing personality. She applied for this position to become more involved with Pi Phi and her role model is our house mom Jo.

VP Finance/Housing: Kallie Klopenstein


Director Housing: Ashley Borowski


Ashley is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is currently an open major. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, painting, and being active. Ashley volunteers at a humane society where she gets to walk dogs. A fun fact is that she loves the Packers! She is admired for her devotion, kindness, and organization. Ashley applied for this position because she wanted to be more involved and be a leader within our sorority. Her role model is her sister because she is the hardest worker and most caring person.

Director Member Finances: Elise Boudart

Elise is from Arlington Heights, Illinois. Her major is in accounting and business analytics information systems. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, take pictures, and hangout with friends. Elise is involved in the presidential scholars and honors programs. A fun fact is that she has knocked out her two front teeth. She is admired for her friendly and thoughtful personality and also her hardworking ability. Elise applied for a leadership position because she is interested in finance, enjoyed being on leadership last term, and wanted to continue this year. Her biggest role models are her mom and big sister, Sarah.

VP Community Relations: Samantha Koch

Sam is from Round Lake, Illinois. Her major is biomedical engineering with a biomaterial focus area and a business minor. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her friends and family. Sam is also involved in the Femineer mentor program and Society of Women Engineers. She is admired for her kind, hardworking, and friendly personality. A fun fact is that she can do a backflip!

 

Director Service & Philanthropy: Christina Aucoin


Christina is from Hinsdale, Illinois. Her major is Nursing, and she enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, and listening to podcasts. On campus, Christina is a morale captain for Dance Marathon and a member of Circle of Sisterhood. A fun fact is that she is Canadian and has lived in 7 different states/providences! She is admired for her determination and accountability. Christina applied for this position because as the oldest of 5 children, she has been constantly reminded of how difficult it can be to read and how much hard work and devotion is needed. She also enjoys volunteering and being able to share opportunities with her sisters was what made her job appealing! Also, her role model is Elton John.

Hope Halligan

Hope is from Davenport, Iowa. Her major is in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading and listening to podcasts. She is also involved in Box of Balloons and volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters. 

 


Director PR/Marketing: Grace McCaffrey


Grace is from Longmont, Colorado. She is double majoring in Business Marketing and Art. In her free time, she enjoys working out, going on hikes, skiing, making videos, and watching movies. A fun fact about Grace is that she has been to 15 concerts! She is admired for her creative, bubbly, and outgoing personality. She applied for a leadership position because she wants to be in social media marketing and wants to gain experience through Pi Phi. Grace’s biggest role models include Michelle Obama and Emma Chamberlain.

VP Recruitment: Brenna Mays


Brenna is from Wayne, Illinois. She is majoring in Business and Marketing. In her free time, she loves spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and meeting new people. She is also involved with the Business Fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. A fun fact about Brenna is that her favorite color is yellow! She is admired for her positivity and passion. Brenna applied to be VP of Recruitment because she wants to make the PNMs recruitment experience just as positive and memorable as her own. She had an amazing time meeting so many girls and wants to help be a part of making Pi Beta Phi a place for girls to feel at home!

Director Recruitment Events: Karsyn Rush

Karsyn is from Atlantic, Iowa and her major is speech and hearing science. She enjoys volunteering at her hometown elementary school. She applied for this position because she wants to be a leader within our sorority. Karsyn's biggest role model is her grandpa because he always seems to do the right thing and leads with kindness.

Director Membership Selection: Veronica Cariveau

Veronica is from Riverside, Illinois. Her major is in marketing. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her friends and listening to music. She is also involved in Phi Gamma Nu, Dance Marathon, American Marketing Association, and BizEdge. Her role model is her mom because she is a strong, independent woman.
